What is the secure fee? Every transaction includes a small secure fee that powers Dojo's real-time fraud detection system. When a card is flagged as suspicious across the Dojo network of 49M+ cardholders, the terminal automatically prompts for PIN instead of contactless, reducing chargebacks and protecting your business from fraud. This replaces what other providers call an "authorisation fee", but with Dojo you get active fraud prevention built in.
